Policies & Terms – Employment Sarthi
Welcome to Employment Sarthi, Lucknow’s trusted Event & Hospitality Manpower Service Provider. We are committed to delivering trained, uniformed, and professional staff for weddings, hotels, banquet halls, corporate events, private functions, and outdoor catering (ODC).
The following policies define our service terms, responsibilities, and usage conditions to ensure transparency and smooth coordination between clients and staff.
Booking & Advance Payment Policy
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
Advance payment is required to block staff availability and scheduling.
The remaining balance must be cleared before or immediately after service completion.
Last-minute bookings or changes are subject to staff availability and may include additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before staff deployment may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date are non-refundable due to staff reservation and scheduling costs.
If Employment Sarthi is unable to provide confirmed staff due to internal reasons, replacement staff will be arranged or a refund will be processed as applicable.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
Staff Replacement Policy
In case of staff emergency, late reporting, or no-show, we will attempt to provide replacement staff at the earliest, subject to availability.
Replacement timing may vary based on event location, traffic conditions, and staff availability.
Minor delays caused by logistics or external factors will not be considered service failure.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to ensure:
A safe and respectful working environment
Basic meal arrangement for staff for shifts exceeding 6 hours
Drinking water and reasonable rest time
Clear service instructions before the event begins
Employment Sarthi reserves the right to withdraw staff without refund in case of unsafe, abusive, or unprofessional client behavior.
Overtime Policy
Standard shift duration is 6–8 hours, as agreed during booking.
Any work beyond the agreed shift duration will be treated as overtime and charged additionally.
Overtime must be approved by the client and coordination team.
Uniform & Grooming Policy
All staff will report in proper uniform and well-groomed condition.
Any special dress code requirements must be informed in advance.
Damage or loss of uniforms caused due to client-side negligence may be chargeable.
Privacy Policy
Employment Sarthi values customer privacy and data security. We collect limited information only for service delivery and coordination, including:
Name and contact details
Event date, location, and service requirements
Payment reference details
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party.
Customer data is used strictly for booking confirmation, coordination, and service communication.
Force Majeure
Employment Sarthi shall not be held responsible for service delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions or orders
Traffic or law & order situations
Venue access issues
Political disturbances or strikes
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of services provided by Employment Sarthi shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
We aim to resolve all concerns amicably through mutual discussion before legal proceedings.

Employment Sarthi reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to improve service quality. Updated policies will be published on our official website.
