Our Story

Employment Sarthi was founded by Rajneesh Kumar, a graduate from the University of Lucknow (B.Com, B.LIS, M.LIS), who personally experienced the challenges faced by part-time workers in the hospitality and event sector.
Working as a waiter since 2018, he witnessed how many workers were underpaid, payments were delayed, and professionalism was missing in the system.

This inspired the idea of Employment Sarthi — a platform that not only helps caterers and event managers get reliable staff, but also ensures every worker is treated with dignity, transparency, and fairness.
